Qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th year Undergraduate Program Student or a Master Degree Student
- Availability: 3 working days a week
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of MS Office
- Fluency in English
Description:
- Support of HR in projects
- Arranging motivational activities
- Support of the recruitment process (Open job advertisements, search candidates, organization of interviews, conduct basic phone interviews)
- HR Data Management
- Prepares new-hire paperwork
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Controlling and reporting annual leaves and annual leaves remaining balance
- Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrolments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration of programs.
- Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion in HR software
- Preparing / Sending / Processing employee requests regarding HR issues
- Follow-up of law files
- Preparing birthday cards and sending gifts
- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews, reference checks, preparing candidates follow up reports and informing candidates about results
- Internal employee communication on intranet
- Provide operational support to HR purchaising processes
